বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান দুস্পরিবর্তনীয় হলেও উপযুক্ত শিরোনাম , সংসদের দুই - তৃতীয়াংশের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতা এবং রাষ্ট্রপতির অনুমোদনের মাধ্যমে এটি সংশোধন করা যায় । ১৯৭২ সালে সংবিধান রচনার পর থেকে এ পর্যন্ত ১৭ বার সংশোধন করা হয়েছে । বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান সর্ব প্রথম বঙ্গবন্ধু শাসনামলে ১৯৭৩ সালের ১৫ জুলাই সংশোধন করা হয় । প্রথম সংশোধনী পাশ হয় ২০১৪ সালের ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর । এ সংশোধনের বিষয়বস্তু ছিল বিচারপতিদের অভিশংসন বা অপসারণের ক্ষমতা জাতীয় সংসদের উপর অর্পণ । উল্লেখ্য , সংবিধানের ষোড়শ সংশোধনীকে হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ ২০১৬ সালের ৫ মে বৃহস্পতিবার অবৈধ ও সংবিধান পরিপন্থী বলে ঘোষণা করেন ।Related questions
